MMP NUTRITIONAL VALUES

 

 

Eating healthy does not have to be boring, bland, difficult, or time consuming.  

Our menu changes with the seasons to bring you the freshest most nutritious meals in a farm to fork fare.

All OF our meals are "clean" and approved by bodybuilder competitors, nutritionists, health conscious momS, AND prep coaches. 

There are NO hidden ingredients in our meals such as modified corn starches, preservatives, excess sodium, VEGETABLE/CANOLA OILS, or sugar. We keep it fresh (literally picked days before you consume it) and simple.

Clean Eating: "At its simplest, clean eating is about eating whole foods, or "real" foods — those that are un- or minimally processed, refined, and handled, making them as close to their natural form as possible."

MEAL Prep BREAKDOWN

At My Meal Prep we don’t obsess over calories. we believe in counting nutrients instead. (UNLESS you are prepping for a bodybuilding show, we understand and can help get you to the stage.) This does not mean OUR portions are NOT methodically planned. ALL of our meals serve a purpose and by default are low in calories, yet very high in nutrients. 

We have specific macronutrient requirements for each meal type and size along with the option to customize. We take the time to measure every single meal to provide perfect portions of protein, healthy fats, & carbohydrates. We also have very high standards for the type of food we use and where we source it.

Our menu is chef designed and nutritionist approved. We work very hard to provide you a unique menu that changes weekly to bring your diet a variety of nutrients and flavor!  A standardized menu is boring. We want our chefs to remain creative with new and exciting seasonal menu items.

Macro Breakdown  

The type of meals you order based on a custom request or your goals can slightly alter the macros. The most dramatic change will be based off carb or no carb meals as you can see by the chart below.
