+ How does it work?
To get started place your order online by the order deadline. Pick your size (standard or large) and the number of meals you want delivered. A form will pop up that allowes you to tell us more about your diet and/or custom macro requirements if any. After you place an order, an email will be sent to you on Thursday to select your own meals. Your meals will be ready for pick up Sunday evening.
+ Do you offer shipping outside of NJ? Do you delivery to NYC?
We don’t ship our meals because we believe in keeping everything fresh and local. Freezing our meals and shipping would lower the quality. We currently only offer delivery to NJ & NYC.
For NYC, please choose NYC shipping/delivery upon delivery. Please note: delivery days to NYC may vary.
+ How many days per week do you offer pick up or delivery?
We cook everything fresh on Sunday, the same day we deliver. We only have one delivery date but you can email us to inquire about mid week meal prep availability.
To ensure food availability please place your order by Thursday at 3pm for Sunday PM delivery. Specific items may not be available if order is placed after the deadline.
+ When will my order be deliveried?
If you order by Thursday, your order will be ready for Sunday. Deliveries will arrive between 7-9:30pm. Please let us know if you will not be home to receive your delivery or if you have other instructions for us.
+ When will my order be ready for pick up?
You can pick up your order Sunday between 6:30-8pm. Please always contact us before arriving to ensure your order is ready. Let us know when you arrive and we will bring it out to you car.
+ What if I can’t be home for Sunday PM delivery?
Please make a note with when placing your order or through email so the delivery driver knows. Please also let us know if there are any specific instruction for delivery. If you'd like us to drop off your order in an insulated cooler bag you can purchase one along with your meal plan here.
+ Do you provide the nutrition facts for each meal?
Although we don’t count the calories for every single weekly special they are all within a certain range in which we portion out the meals. We can also do custom macros if needed just include them within the chefs notes or send us an email.
Each meal will vary slightly. Our menu items have customizable options that can change these nutrition facts. • Standard size meals come with 3.5-4 ounces of protein, 1/2 cup of rice/potatoes, and 1/2 Cup of vegetables (about 350-400 calories) • Large size meals come with 5-6 ounces of protein, 1 cup of rice/potatoes, and 1 cup of vegetables (about 400-550 calories) meals come with 3.5-4 ounces of protein, 1/2 cup of rice/potatoes, and 1/2 Cup of vegetables (about 350-400 calories) This information can be found [here].
+ Can you accomodate me if I don't eat meat or dairy?
Yes! When placing your order select either vegan or vegaterian after choosing your size and # of meals.
+ Where can I find the daily specials for the week??
Every Wednesday the new menu is posted on our [Instagram]. The specials are also sent out Thursday morning in our newsletter and again in list form to your inbox after you place an order.
+ How do I pick my own meals?
After placing an order online, you will get an email with that weeks menu. You can simply respond to that email with what you would like to order.
+ How do I store my meals?
For questions regarding reheating, and food storing please refer to our [Food Safety PDF]. Food is freshly prepared on Sunday and available for pick up or delivery Sunday evening through Monday morning.
+ Can I use my own custom macros? What if I have special dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can customize all meals to match your unique needs. You can send us an email or leave your requirements in the notes section while ordering.

FOOD SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Although My Meal Prep makes it a priority to have sufficient inventory to fill your orders, availability of product(s) may be limited. Factors that can affect inventory may be popular demand, placing a late order, or an item is temporarily out of stock. In order to complete orders My Meal Prep reserves the right to substitute a menu item for a similar one. (Ex. Jasmine rice for brown rice) We will do our best to keep you updated. We ask for you to please always let us know prior to placing an order of any food allergies.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been prepared we can not offer a refund. Full refunds are not available after orders are processed.
Your subscription is billed weekly, on the day you originally signed up. If your order is placed after Thursday PM your order will not be processed until the following week. Your order will continue until you manually cancel your subscription.
