+ How does it work?

+ Do you offer shipping outside of NJ?

We don’t ship our meals because we believe in keeping everything fresh and local. Freezing our meals and shipping would lower the quality. We currently only offer delivery to NJ & NYC.

+ How many days per week do you offer pick up or delivery?

We cook everything fresh on Sunday, the same day we deliver. We only have one delivery date but you can email us to inquire about mid week meal prep availability.

To ensure food availability please place your order by Thursday at 3pm for Sunday PM delivery. Specific items may not be available if order is placed after the deadline.

+ When will my order be deliveried?

If you order by Thursday, your order will be ready for Sunday. Deliveries will arrive between 7-9:30pm. Please let us know if you will not be home to receive your delivery or if you have other instructions for us.

+ When will my order be ready for pick up?

You can pick up your order Sunday between 6:30-8pm. Please always contact us before arriving to ensure your order is ready. Let us know when you arrive and we will bring it out to you car.

+ What if I can’t be home for Sunday PM delivery?

Please make a note with when placing your order or through email so the delivery driver knows. Please also let us know if there are any specific instruction for delivery. If you'd like us to drop off your order in an insulated cooler bag you can purchase one along with your meal plan here.

POLICY & HEALTH DISCLAIMER

FOOD SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Although My Meal Prep makes it a priority to have sufficient inventory to fill your orders, availability of product(s) may be limited. Factors that can affect inventory may be popular demand, placing a late order, or an item is temporarily out of stock. In order to complete orders My Meal Prep reserves the right to substitute a menu item for a similar one. (Ex. Jasmine rice for brown rice) We will do our best to keep you updated. We ask for you to please always let us know prior to placing an order of any food allergies. 

Refunds/Returns

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been prepared we can not offer a refund.  Full refunds are not available after orders are processed.

Subscription

Your subscription is billed weekly, on the day you originally signed up. If your order is placed after Thursday PM your order will not be processed until the following week. Your order will continue until you manually cancel your subscription.

PLEASE NOTE: MY MEAL PREP’S FOOD ITEMS MAY CONTAIN OR MAY HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED IN A FACILITY THAT ALSO PROCESSES: DAIRY, EGGS, FISH, AND NUTS.

Although are menu is guided by a Clinical Nutritionist he/she is not responsible for My Meal Prep's menu, food production, customer results or problems regarding food. The services provided on this site are intended to supplement a healthy lifestyle.
