HOW DOES IT WORK? . . .
To get started, you can order your meals online by selecting how many meals you want and what size (standard or large). You will receive an email by Thursday morning to select your own meals or we can select for you based off your preferences. The order deadline is Thursday at 3pm to get your meals for Sunday evening delivery or pick up.
We cook everything fresh on Sunday and deliver on the same day. We only have one delivery date but you can email us to inquire about mid week meal prep availability.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER AND WHAT ARE YOUR FEES? . . .
My Meal Prep delivers all over NJ/NYC. We currently do not offer shipping to any other states.
For NJ, we deliver to the following counties on Sunday night: Essex, Bergen, Passaic, Sussex, Morris, Hudson, & Union county for a flat rate fee of $18.00.
For NYC, we deliver to Manhattan + Astoria for a flat rate fee of $35. Delivery days and times will vary between Sunday PM & Tuesday AM.
CAN I PICK UP MY MEALS? . . .
Yes! You can pick up your meals at our kitchen in Belleville, NJ for free.
Meals are ready for pick up Sunday evening between 6:30-8:30pm. We do ask to send us a message prior to pick up to ensure your order is ready to avoid waiting.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? DO I HAVE TO BE HOME? . . .
Deliveries go out between 7pm-10:30pm on Sunday. Please let us know if you will not be home to receive your delivery or if you have any special instructions for the driver.
If you will not be home Sunday night for a delivery, we can schedule your delivery for Monday AM or PM.
HOW DOES THE MEAL PREP SUBSCRIPTION WORK? . . .
Our meal prep subscription option will ensure you never miss an order deadline again! When you sign up make sure to remember your log in info so you can access your account.
Every Sunday night you will receive your meals until you log into your account and cancel. The day you order on will be the day your credit card is billed every week. You can cancel at any point after 2 weeks. You will be able to select your own meals each week when our weekly menu email goes out Thursday AM. The order still needs to be in by the order deadline to receive you selected meals.
We currently do not have an option to pause your subscription so you would have to cancel then sign up again when you are ready to continue. To cancel, simply log back into your account and cancel your subscription. In your account you are also able to view how many orders you have placed as well as make any changes to your billing info.
WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS OR SPECIFIC MACROS? . . .
We can accommodate any diet or lifestyle. While placing an order you can specify the type of meals you want (I.e. Carb/Veg, Low carb, Paleo/Grain-free, Vegetarian)
We are well known and trusted by many for customizing meals based off specific macros and diet plans prescribed by doctors, nutritionists, and/or coaches. We charge a one time set up fee of $25+ for this service. Send us an email with your diet plan to get a quote.
Please note: although our menu is naturally 100% gluten free, we work out of a shared kitchen space which is NOT a certified gluten free faciltiy.
WHY DON'T YOU PROVIDE NUTRITION FACTS FOR EACH MEAL?. . .
All of our meals fit within a certain calorie range based on size (ounces of protein) and carb or no carb meals. Here is a helpful chart of the macro breakdown in each meal. You can learn more about our ingredients and nutrition info here.
CAN YOU HELP ME PICK WHICH MEALS TO ORDER TO REACH MY GOALS? . . .
Yes, for a personalized nutrition + wellness plan you can start with a 1 hour consult.

CAN I ORDER BULK TRAYS OF FOOD? . . .
Yes. We sell proteins and sides by the pound. For a full price list and menu send us a message. We can also take custom food requests when ordering by the pound.
For delivery in NJ, the bulk order must reach a minimum of $75. For NY delivery, $100 minimum.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED SOME OF THE WRONG MEALS? . . .

Food Substitution Policy
Although My Meal Prep makes it a priority to have sufficient inventory to fill your orders, availability of product(s) may be limited. Factors that can affect inventory may be popular demand, placing a late order, or an item is temporarily out of stock. In order to complete orders My Meal Prep reserves the right to substitute a menu item for a similar one. (Ex. Jasmine rice for brown rice) We will do our best to keep you updated. We ask for you to please always let us know prior to placing an order of any food allergies.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been prepared we can not offer a refund. Full refunds are not available after orders are processed.
Your subscription is billed weekly on the day you signed up. If your order is placed after Thursday PM your order will not be processed until the following week. Your order will continue and your card will be billed until you manually log in to your account and cancel your subscription. You must cancel before the order is processed for the upcoming week. No refunds will be given for user errors.
Delivery arrival times are subject to change without notice due to weather conditions, traffic, etc.
If you live in an apartment building our drivers are not allowed to deliver past the lobby. Please plan to have the receptionist take your meals if you are not home to meet the driver in the lobby.
We have the right to refuse service or cancel services to anyone at any time.
