Keto Avocado Fudge Brownies {V/GF}



  • 1 ripe Avocado, medium

  • 1/4 cup creamy all natural cashew butter, tahini, or almond butter

  • 2-3 tbsp coconut milk

  • 1 egg or 1 flax egg

  • 1.5 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 3 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup stevia

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup dairy chocolate chips

  • 2-3 tbsp organic raw sugar (optional: to sprinkle on top brownies)




Place all avocado and coconut milk in blender until smooth. Then add in the remaining ingredients (besides the raw sugar and chocolate chips) and blend until smooth.  

You can alternatively mix everything in a bowl (no blender) mash avocado with a fork then whisk in the eggs. Lastly, stir in remaining ingredients. 

Pour batter into a 4x4 greased baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 30-40minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean. 

Keep in the fridge for up to one week, or freeze them to keep fresh!
