Easy Paleo Granola

Paleo Granola {low sugar, GF}

  • 1/4 C raw almonds

  • 1/4 C crushed pecans

  • 1/4 C walnuts

  • 2 tbsp melted raw honey

  • 1/2 tbsp melted organic virgin coconut oil

  • cinnamon, pumpkin spice seasoning blend & sea salt

  • (add in some gluten free oats if you're not following low carb or Paleo)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Spread evenly onto a baking sheet

  3. Toast on 400 F for 10-15 minutes

Tips:

Add even more cinnamon to taste at the end  

Let cool. Then throw in some hemp & chia seeds and reduced sugar dried cranberry (optional mix ins) 

Store in the fridge in a mason jar for up to 3 months
