Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk
Protein Cookies
Here is the recipe:
Recipe yields 6 large oatmeal cookies
1 mashed banana
2 tbsp of crunchy almond butter or nut butter of choice
1 1/2 C oatmeal
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used NutraBio Vanilla whey)
2 tbsp truvia brown sugar blend
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 C dark chocolate chunks
splash of water or almond milk if needed
Mix all the ingredients and scoop onto your sprayed baking sheet
Bake at 375 for 10-12min
