Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk

Protein Cookies

 

Here is the recipe:

Recipe yields 6 large oatmeal cookies

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 2 tbsp of crunchy almond butter or nut butter of choice

  • 1 1/2 C oatmeal

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used NutraBio Vanilla whey)

  • 2 tbsp truvia brown sugar blend

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 C dark chocolate chunks

  • splash of water or almond milk if needed

Mix all the ingredients and scoop onto your sprayed baking sheet

Bake at 375 for 10-12min
