St. Patrick's Day Shamrock Shake

Sneak in your greens with this Shamrock Protein Shake recipe!

  • 1-2 scoops of your favorite vanilla protein powder

  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach and kale

  • 1/2 C unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk

  • 3 tbsp of plain fat free greek yogurt

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • a few drops of vanilla creme stevia or vanilla extract

  • Ice cubes


For coffee lovers try the Irish Cream Protein Shake 

  • 1/2 C chilled brewed coffee or 2 tsp instant coffee

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (chocolate, mint chip, or mocha will do best in this recipe )

  • 1/2 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 2 tbsp cacao

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 tsp irish cream flavoring, peppermint extract/stevia, or irish cream coffee creamer

  • Fresh mint (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
